A 3D Studio Max render of a Creature Creator character. Scenery modeled in 3DS. Helmet modeled in Organica. All textures handmade in Painter. Volumetric fog effects and lighting composed in 3DS. Straight render, without retouches.

I'm a FAN of the StarCraft game universe. I was sitting, bored, browsing TechTV when I saw the TV ad of the upcoming game StarCraft: Ghost... and that inspired me. The words written as a poem are actually the off-line narration of the commercial. And because I can't use the same model that the game, I came out with my own warrior.

This is a more refined version of the original graphic The Way Of The Warrior , with a higher resolution and more texturing work on the body surfaces. On this one I used a secondary group of lights to show the environment on the background (that extends 360° around her). I can't explain why, but this is one of my favorite graphics, and everytime I learn something new, I look back to see what can I add to make it better. I hope you like it.
